Commercial Access Control & Keyless Entry in Phoenix, AZ

Lost your only key? Fob stopped working? We come to you anywhere in the Phoenix metro, cut and program a new key on the spot, and quote a fair price on the phone that we honor at your door — 24/7.

Stop Handing Out Keys You Cannot Get Back

A physical key works until the day someone does not return it — then your only fix is a rekey. Electronic access flips that: each person gets a code or credential, and when they leave, you delete it. The locks stay, the door stays, and nobody has to meet a locksmith in the parking lot.

The Right System, Not the Biggest

A four-door office does not need a cloud-managed enterprise system. We match the hardware to how your business actually runs.

Clear Options Before Work Begins

We look at your doors, explain what fits, and quote before we start. If something changes during install, we pause and review it with you.

When Keyless Entry Makes Sense

Keyless earns its cost when access changes often: staff turnover, cleaning crews on schedules, contractors who need a door for a week, or a manager who wants to know the back door locks itself at 9pm. If your key ring never changes, a good mechanical lock may be all you need — and we will say so.

Keypads, Cards, Fobs and Electric Strikes

Keypad locks are the simplest: each person gets a code, no hardware to hand out. Smart commercial locks add schedules and phone control. Card and fob systems suit teams where you issue and revoke credentials. Electric strikes let a buzzer, keypad, or reader release the door while it stays locked to everyone else. We install and service all of these, and we will tell you which one your doors actually need.

What Access Control Costs

Cost depends on the hardware and the number of doors. A standalone keypad on one door is the entry point; card systems and electric strikes cost more because there is more to install and wire. We quote per door after seeing what you have. A typical access-control install comes in around $900, depending on the system and the door, plus a $55 trip charge and hourly labor.

Managing Codes and Credentials

The real value of keyless is control after the install: adding a new hire, deleting a departed employee, changing a code after a dispute. We set your system up so you can manage day-to-day access yourself, and we handle the changes you would rather not touch.

Businesses We Install Access Control For

Offices that outgrew the key ring, retail with back-of-house doors, medical and professional suites that need controlled records access, and multi-tenant buildings where the front door serves everyone. If your building has doors that different people need at different times, keyless entry is built for it.

Access control is one of our commercial locksmith services. Related: master-key systems and business rekeying.

Fast Response When It Matters

Locked out of your own system or a reader stopped working? We service what we install across the Phoenix metro.

Clean, Professional Work

Clean installs, tested on every door before we leave — codes, credentials, and lock operation all verified.

Upfront Communication

You will know what the system does and what it costs before we start. No surprise wiring, no surprise invoice.

Work That's Built to Last

We document your setup so managing users later is simple — and so the next change does not require an archaeologist.

Access Control & Keyless Entry FAQs

Do you install commercial keypad locks?

Yes. Standalone keypad locks are the most common keyless install we do — each person gets a code, and you can change or delete codes without touching the hardware.

A keypad lock is self-contained: codes live in the lock itself. A card or fob system uses a reader and credentials you issue — better for bigger teams, because you revoke a lost fob instead of changing a code everyone shares.

A standalone keypad on one door is usually a same-visit job. Card systems and electric strikes take longer because of wiring and setup. We tell you the timeline when we quote it.

Yes. Most systems support levels — managers get broader access, staff get their areas, and schedules can limit when a code or card works at all.

Good commercial keyless hardware is designed to fail safe: battery-powered locks keep working, and wired systems have mechanical key override or controlled fail-secure behavior. We walk you through exactly how yours behaves before we install it.

Usually, yes. Most commercial doors can take a keypad or smart lock, and many can be fitted with an electric strike. We check your doors first — aluminum storefront doors sometimes need different hardware than a standard office door.

Yes. We are mobile and install on-site anywhere in the Phoenix metro, working around your business hours when needed.

Yes — that is the point. We set your system up so adding and removing codes or credentials is something you can do yourself, and we are here for the changes you would rather hand off.
