Rekeys, master keys, storefront hardware, panic bars & lockouts
We handle the locks, keys, doors, and hardware Phoenix businesses depend on every day — for both urgent problems and scheduled work, 24/7 across the metro. Before we quote a replacement, we check the whole door, because a lot of “broken lock” calls turn out to be a cheaper fix.
Your business can’t afford downtime. We show up prepared, explain your options clearly, and get your locks, doors, and access systems working right — serving companies across the Phoenix metro 24/7.
Pick the service that matches your problem. Each one has its own page with the full details.
Modern businesses rely on high-security locks, access control, and electronic entry systems. We invest in professional-grade equipment and follow correct procedures so the job is done properly.
Before we start, we ask the right questions and explain the available solutions. If something changes once we inspect your doors and hardware, we pause and review the options with you. No surprises, no last-minute changes.
Commercial properties depend on doors and hardware that function correctly every single day. From key control and rekeys to door alignment and exit devices, we focus on solutions that hold up under real traffic. Our approach is straightforward: diagnose the issue accurately, explain the options clearly, and complete the work so it performs reliably long after installation.
Most businesses lose track of their keys long before they lose a lock. Every former employee, contractor, and cleaning crew is a copy you can’t account for — and you usually don’t think about it until something goes missing.
A rekey changes your locks so the old keys stop working: same hardware, new keys, done same-day in most cases. A master key system lets you hold one key that opens everything while staff keys open only their areas. (You can also go keyless — more on that below.)
Not sure which one you need? Send a photo of your doors and tell us how many people need access, and we’ll point you to the cheapest option that actually solves it — before you spend anything.
Most break-ins and access issues happen when nobody’s there to notice. If you’re worried about who has keys, whether an employee still has access, or whether a door actually latches when it closes, I can help you tighten it up. In most cases, a rekey or a targeted hardware upgrade solves the problem without a major rebuild.
Exit devices are there so people can leave quickly during an emergency, and so doors still latch and secure properly afterward. If your panic bar is sticking, not latching, or the door won’t close smoothly, I’ll diagnose whether it’s the hardware, alignment, or the closer, then fix the real cause so it holds up to daily traffic.
Here is what most locksmiths will not tell you: when a commercial door stops locking, the lock is often fine. The door has dropped, the strike is misaligned, or the closer has failed — and swapping the lock will not fix any of that.
A door that has settled no longer meets the strike, so the latch misses. We check the hinges and alignment first.
If the strike plate and latch no longer line up, the door will not catch. Often a simple adjustment, not new hardware.
A closer that has quit pulls the door short of latching, or lets it slam. We tune or replace it.
If the deadlatch is not seating, the door looks shut but is not secure. We find why it is not catching.
Aluminum storefront doors take heavy traffic and wear fast. We repair the pivots, cylinders, and rails.
We diagnose the door, frame, strike, closer, and lock together — then tell you what is really wrong.
We diagnose the whole opening, not just the cylinder. Sometimes the fix is a $0-parts alignment instead of a new lockset.Send a photo of the door and we will tell you what it needs.
